My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right near the Rialto Bridge and easy to explore the city from. The rooms, however, were disappointing with a very high ceiling, sparse amenities, and a hard bed. The service was a mixed bag but overall decent. Dining options were adequate but could use improvement. The facilities left much to be desired with issues in cooling the room and maintenance problems.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were stunningly decorated with a high ceiling, offering a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, overlooking the Grand Canal and just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. The dining experience was good, although some more breakfast options would have been appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for the price.
